đź“Ź 1. What size of Jellycat plushies are your outfits made for?

Each product title mentions the Jellycat plush it's designed for (like “Little Pig”), but in most cases, as long as the size is similar, many plushies can wear them too!

✨ Feel free to get creative and mix and match — your plush’s next look is only limited by your imagination. If you're unsure whether it will fit, just send us a message!

đźšš 2. How long does shipping take? Do you offer free shipping?

All items are handmade and usually ship within 7–10 business days, with tracking provided for every order.

đź’¸ 3. For international orders, will I need to pay customs duties or VAT ?

We ship from the United Kingdom. Some orders may include prepaid taxes if we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout — it will be clearly marked when available.

  • UK Customers: Good news! You won't need to pay any extra VAT or customs fees — it's already included where applicable.

  • EU Customers: Orders shipped from the UK may be subject to VAT and import duties upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations. For example:

    • Germany: Orders over €22 may incur 19% VAT + handling fees

     

  • USA & Other Regions: Most countries do not charge tax on small parcels, but it varies by location. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

All parcels are clearly labeled, and we do our best to make the process smooth and transparent.

đź’• 4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or missing.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to help!

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can check your parcel’s status through our order tracking page or your local courier’s website.

Yes! We love custom ideas.
