- USA: 5-7 business days (Due to current tariffs, shipping to US is paused for now)
- UK: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-11 business days
- EU: 5-10 business days
- Latam: 10-25 business days
- Everywhere else: 15-20 business days
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For some regions where we can't directly ship to, we will work with our shipping partner to transfer the package from the middle point station. For example, in order to ship to Taiwan region, we usually ship to Thailand/China first and redirect the package to Taiwan.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
