It's absolutely perfect, it fits the best on the Leicester pigeon, but it would also fit on the small Bartholomew and strutton pigeon. The hat is also super sturdy which makes it feel+ look high qualify as well. It also includes a small brown bag and I got a free hat (the yellow one on the strutton pigeon).
